Capoeira
Capoeira is the Brazilian martial arts fight dance. This unique discipline combines elements of movement, strength, endurance, conditioning, reaction skills. Kicks, flips, rolls are all part of the game. Like any martial arts, it improves mental and body awareness, and trains focus. Work your way to a more athletic you!

Kilterburn
This is a class for endurance training using only your bodyweight! A typical class will have you doing 10 reps of sit ups in 1 min, moving up in increments of 10 reps; finishing off with 50 reps in 2 mins. Round 2 and 3 are similar, but repeated with other exercise variations. Only 21 minutes of intensive work time, but we promise you will feel stronger and lighter at the end!

Kilterstatic
Build strength! Holding static positions mimics overload on the body, and encourages the muscles to grow! Ladies, do not be afraid, more muscles = less fat! You need muscles to look lean! The class format is 12 rounds, each round comprising of 2 static holds and 1 mobility work. We do the 12 rounds twice for 24 minutes of active work!

Kiltersthenics
Be the master of your own body. This class will teach you the proper form for bodyweight exercises. This is not a high intensity class, it will set your foundations and base right for more advanced, power moves. Calisthenics uses your own bodyweight for compound movements, and it’s extremely effective in shedding fat and getting lean!
FOCUS: Strength and Form

Kiltercore
This class uses rolling, tumbling, wiggling on your core to improve stability and balance. Your core is the most important part of the body in calisthenics. It allows you to stand, bend, squat, fold. You’ll also develop inner core muscles that will give a good strong core, which will also help to alleviate back pain!

Kilterbase
This class plays with locomotion, and increased ranges of motions. It helps to strengthen the joints and muscles, forces you to use your body as a whole, and like most calisthenics exercises, gives you a heightened sense of body awareness. Locomotive work also gives you strong shoulders and core, thus relieving tension in the upper back, shoulders and neck.

Kilterkids
This is capoeira for kids. Moving to the sound of rhythms and beats, children will learn spatial awareness and motor skills. A parent/guardian must accompany the child during class for ages 18 – 36 months. Class is kept to a maximum of 5 children. Classes are for 18 – 36 months, and 3 – 5 year olds. See more here.

Rings
Using olympic rings for training gives a wide range of benefits. You’ll develop extraordinary core and abdominal control and strength. The lean physique that you’ll get from ring training is also a big plus! Classes can cater to different levels as it is a small group. No gymnastics experience needed!

Advanced Kiltersthenics
This class is only for advanced individuals. Our coach will teach you how to swiftly transition from a pull up into a muscle up, do a human flag, planche, levers. All the cool stuff that you see on Instagram – you can do those too!

ZUU is the worldwide leader in human movement. Developed with inspiration from primal movements and animals, the class is a workout promised to get you stronger in just a few sessions.
