Quick 15 Min Workout
The plank is a full body engagement workout you can do anywhere at any time! And it only takes 15 minutes. 🙂 You will see different variations of the plank here, that you can do according to your level of comfortability.
Do with correct form, if you are unable to hold your form for a full minute, shorten the work time to one that you are comfortable with.
Things to note: shoulders directly over your wrists, squeeze your glutes, push into the ground, suck your belly in.
